The club’s membership spans most of Northern California, but the hub of the membership is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The members of CERA enjoy riding dirt bikes, however, there are a few members that also enjoy riding street and dual sport bikes. The membership roster is over fifty active members. That's not including the members families and friends that come to help at the events. The club members make up a fun off-road family.

CERA members come together for a meeting every second Tuesday of each month. (See MeetingLocations for the current locations, ClubOutings for the current calendar.) Bench racing begins around 7pm, and the meeting starts at 7:30p. The issues that are discussed are the progress of the clubs events along with other pertinent information. At these meetings the members also discuss matters that affect the off-road community and possible solutions. Members also love to talk about past and future riding weekends (i.e. liberal quantities of bench racing!).
